What is your return policy?
Your satisfaction means everything to us. To request a return, simply email info@wheeltrek.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure the item is unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging and return it within the 14-day window. How quickly can I receive my order?
We aim to process and dispatch in-stock orders within 1–2 working days.
Delivery typically takes 3–5 working days. Orders over £500 get FREE UK
mainland delivery.
Timelines may vary by brand. Tracking is emailed within 24 hours of dispatch. We only ship to UK addresses.

Are e-bikes legal in the UK and where are you allowed to ride them?
Yes, e-bikes that meet EAPC (Electrically Assisted Pedal Cycle) regulations
are legal and can be ridden without a licence, insurance or vehicle tax.
e-bikes can be used on public roads, cycle paths, and anywhere
regular bicycles are allowed but not on pavements.
Do I need a licence to ride an e-scooter?
Privately owned e-scooters are currently illegal on public roads but rental
e-scooters require at least a provisional driving licence.
Do you offer warranties and after sales support?
Yes absolutely! All our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty and our
customer service team is here to assist with any issues.
How long does it take to fully charge an e-bike battery and how far can you travel?
Charging times vary depending on the model and battery capacity but most e-bike batteries take between 3 to 6 hours to fully charge. On a full charge, you can typically expect a range of 30 to 100 miles depending on factors like terrain, rider weight and level of pedal assistance.
